Tropical Shrimp Ceviche

Ingredients

  • 1 red onion, sliced.
  • 300 grams peeled shrimp
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 head of garlic
  • ½ cup of pineapple juice
  • 1 ½ cup of lemon juice
  • 1 mango, chopped
  • 2 cups pineapple chopped in squares.
  • Soda cracker

Preparation

  • Place in a bowl the shrimps, red onion, pineapple juice and lemon
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it sit in the fridge for 40 minutes.
  • Add the garlic, pineapple, mango, coriander, salt, pepper and mix well.
