- 1 red onion, sliced.
- 300 grams peeled shrimp
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 head of garlic
- ½ cup of pineapple juice
- 1 ½ cup of lemon juice
- 1 mango, chopped
- 2 cups pineapple chopped in squares.
- Soda cracker
- Place in a bowl the shrimps, red onion, pineapple juice and lemon
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it sit in the fridge for 40 minutes.
- Add the garlic, pineapple, mango, coriander, salt, pepper and mix well.
